Email us at howdy@clearwatermhp.com so we can send you an email invitation from our system. The invite will include a link that will allow you to create your online account and access everything related to your lease. From then, you'll log in using your email address and the password you set.

Rent is due on or before the first day of each month. Please make sure to schedule your online payment so we never have to charge you a late fee.

Yes. You can have your rent auto debited from your bank account on the first of each month. Log in to your resident portal and securely add the bank account and bank routing numbers. Once the bank has been validated, you can schedule payments online each month or you can set it up so that it automatically debits your checking account.

Log in to your portal on Avail.co, click on Maintenance Request, fill out the form, and we'll be notified of your request and get in touch with you.
